Eco Swim by Aqua Green is where sustainability meets cutting edge design in the swim industry. Not only do we have a passion for preserving the environment through making our swimwear from sustainable materials but, we walk the walk by participating in beach and waterway clean ups to remove tons of trash from our oceans. Eco Swim by Aqua Green is a company that understands that happiness comes from the ability to follow your passions: great swimwear and building a better world.
Our parent company is a 4th generation family business based in the Lehigh Valley. Although our growth has occurred globally, we still design, fit, source, cut and sew in Pennsylvania.
As a company, we have a Safety Committee that has been in place for over 25 years. From this committee, about 5 years ago a “Green Team” emerged. Both focus on an innovative future for the company, the well being of all associates, as well as leading ecological initiatives which reduce your carbon footprint in the sand.
Some of these initiatives include simple changes such as a corporate ban on purchases of styrofoam, recycling of all paper, plastics, lightbulbs, and color cartridges. Some more complicated efforts include sustainable fabric initiatives with long term fabric suppliers, as seen in our AQUA GREEN division. As a leader in philanthropy with a local focus, we are committed to the families of our associates as well as the community.
